Kitchen/Dining Room: There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dish-washer, microwave, electric cooker, fridge-freezer and all mod cons. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area which opens onto the outside patio.

Utility Room: The utility room houses the washing machine and dryer,an iron and ironing board. The controls for the central heating are also here.

Bedroom 1: This is a large room with a double bed. It has an ensuite toilet and Bath.

Bedroom 2: This is a spacious room with two single beds. It has an ensuite toilet and shower.

Bedroom 3: This is a single bedroom with a sink.

Each bedroom has a large skylight window which offers panoramic views of The Kenmare Bay, and country scenery. All beds are new and are of excellent quality. There is also a downstairs toilet with a shower
